About this deal

Use the thumbs up and thumbs down icons to agree or disagree that the title is similar to Game of Thrones. Second, the Season Two Blu-ray available at Target had a bonus disc that added Invitation to the Set, Arya’s New Look, Art Direction, and Weapons featurettes. Well, none of the episode previews and recaps or the In-Episode Guides from the Blu-ray editions are included, though it should be noted that while the text content from Complete Guide to Westeros is missing, all of the animated video-based clips are still here.

WONKA — The Magical Adventure of a Young Chocolate Maker Comes Home on 4K, Blu-ray and DVD on February 27th! It will stretch from the south, where heat breeds plots, lusts and intrigues; to the vast and savage eastern lands; and all the way to the frozen north, where an 800-foot wall of ice protects the kingdom from the dark forces that lie beyond.

Although all armies appear to be rivals they will have to come together to have any chance of defeating the threat and staying alive against the vast Army of The Dead but will they all rally to the cause ? Practical effects now appear so detailed, they can’t hide behind fuzzy presentation, so a severed body part is clearly a rubber prop with some pasta sauce around it. Does anyone know if that is going to change or what exactly is happening with UHD availability of all seasons? Thankfully in my case I have already viewed and reviewed the majority of the 15 hours of bonus content in previous reviews and graded the audio and video on the 4K Disc releases of Seasons 1 and 8.

And though it’s not a bonus disc, don’t forget that HBO made a change to Game of Thrones: The Complete First Season after eagle-eyed fans detected the likeness of a certain political figure as one of the severed heads in the season’s final episode. It’s interesting looking back at it now, too, to remember afresh just how groundbreaking it was in 2011 in terms of how far it was prepared to go to ensure that seriously unpleasant stuff happens to the most pleasant people. We were thinking on hunting for the BD Steelbook editions, but since we were planning on switching to 4K for some time now, therefore we chose to wait for a full set of the 4K edition. Another problem was that Season Seven was just seven episodes, rather than the usual ten, and Season Eight was only six.For Season One the captured image was recorded on HDCAM SR videotape using a tape-based workflow, with color correction done on set. That season, as included in the collection, has almost exponentially better detail than its initial 4K release. Also, the occasional exceptionally bright exterior, such as the sequence where Joffrey is bitten by Arya Stark’s direwolf, can look a touch strained, and/or suffer with some very slight color banding in skin tones.
