About this deal

There are a lot of different things for my 4 year old to teach her baby sister to do witch she enjoys. Lots of screwing but my little guy loved playing with the money and other pieces while it came together. Some of the things my kids and I love: All things Disney, laughing, cuddling, watching movies together, Disneyland, playing at the park, loving on all the animals in our tiny zoo, swimming, traveling, playing, dancing around the house, cookies, and singing with reckless abandon. There are LOTS and lots of interactive features on the Little Tikes Treehouse including the ball spinner in the giraffe’s tummy, the shape sorted and “mailbox” style door, and a little ramp which is lots of fun for them to crawl over. It’s great to watch her stand more and more, and she now stands with one hand for support whilst interacting with the other.

Marked 6 to 36 months, we believe the sweet spot for this kind of setting is more like 12-24 months. Not only does it expand as baby grows but boasts three modes of play: Explore Colours, Dance Party and Collect Fireflies.

As you will know if you have read our previous Little Tikes reviews, I always avoid the construction element of these toys where ever possible as I am the least coordinated person you will ever meet. There are so many different things that catch his attention that it keeps him entertained long enough for me to make dinner or do the laundry. I bought this when he was 7 months old, but I think it would be fun for even younger children to toddlers. Neve has just discovered a new found love of dancing and music, and so absolutely loves the sounds and tunes from the Little Tikes Light ‘n Go Activity Garden Treehouse – in particular the “find the fireflies” song, which spreads a red disco style light all over the carpet whilst playing a catchy tune.

Oh no, I can't go and box it out because the teeny screws and teeny tiny screw driver has left me with hand cramps! The Little Tikes Treehouse is designed to get your baby moving – and it does just that (if you can get her older sibling out of it that is! Disclosure – We were provided with the Little Tikes Activity Garden Treehouse free of charge in exchange for our honest review. There is plenty of activities - the monkey drops a ball down the ramps and you can 'feed' both the giraffe and pelican balls and there's also a plastic post box shape sorter.

Baby will love the treehouse’s Magic Lantern, which includes three modes of play: Explore Colours, Dance Party and Collect Fireflies. There is a door baby can open and close and it will say “hello, come on it” etc… and a door bell that they can ring.

This is definitely a great toy for a baby and toddler, in fact my 4 year old has been having a lot of fun playing with it as well.

Collect Fireflies: Interactive game where the lights escape from the magic lantern to the floor; encouraging Baby to “catch the fireflies" and safely bring them back to the lantern. If you have an older sibling like we do, it is great to watch the two of them play together, and observe Erin trying to teach Neve how the ramps work, or how to press the buttons on the music station. Here toddlers can create their own firefly collection by pretending to catch fireflies and then put them in the lantern.Start off showing your little one the magic lantern which has different settings to project lights and music or creates fire flies moving across the floor. g. battery operated functions all work properly), unless otherwise noted in the comments or pictures.
